Bhagya Vidhata foundation is an NGO run by a couple that assigns 5% of their salary every month towards helping the underprivileged through various projects and initiatives. To me, giving back is so important. It makes others feel good which then in return makes me feel good and volunteering for the NGO helps me do that.
Initiatives
Workshops and Events
I had the opportunity to volunteer at the Raigad Zilla Parishad Digital Shala (Adivasivadi) – Kharghar. Here I conducted two workshops. One was to educate and create awareness about the importance of personal hygiene, among underprivileged Adivasi children. And the other was to create awareness about correct waste disposal methods and educate the villagers on the importance of recycling waste.
Involvement
We make a living by what we get, but we make a life by what we give.
Donating time to support others makes me feel healthier both physically and mentally. I encourage everyone who is reading this to love ❤ and help any needy children or the underprivileged that you come across. You will be receiving far more than you can imagine.
